Returns
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on opened food products.
Replacements & Refunds
You may request a replacement or refund if the product is damaged, expired, incorrect, or if the packaging is tampered with.
Reporting Time
Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo proof of the product and packaging.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
